To View the Arabic text:
On your
Internet Explorer menu bar click
View/Encoding then uncheck "Auto-Select" and check "Arabic
(Windows)". If "Arabic (Windows)" is not available, check under "More" in the same
menu and select "Arabic (Windows)" from there.
On your Netscape Navigator menu click
View/Character Encoding, then click "Arabic (Windows 1256)".
If "Arabic (Windows 1256)" is not available, check under
More/Middle Eastern and select "Arabic (Windows 1256)" from
there. Go to View/Character Encoding/Auto-Detect and choose
"off".
